Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009
The Jonas Brothers World Tour 2009 is the sixth, and most recent concert tour by the Jonas Brothers. It began on May 18, 2009. The Jonas Brothers will play on multiple continents around the world. It will be their third headlining tour to date. Honor Society will serve as an opening act, and Jordin Sparks will appear as a special guest. The tour will coincide with the release of their 4th studio album Lines, Vines and Trying Times which was released on June 16, 2009. It won the Eventful Fans' Choice Award at the 2009 Billboard Touring Awards.
Stage
The stage will be set up in-the-round, and 144-feet-wide to allow for better audience viewing. It will incorporate many features such as a one of a kind large circular water screen, laser and automated video effects and a giant crane that extends over the audience. This stage is originally and similar to The Circus Starring: Britney Spears
Support
It has been officially announced that Demi Lovato will be supporting them in Europe and also in all their Latin America tour dates.
It has also been confirmed that UK girl group Girls Can't Catch will be performing in UK tour dates via their official website.
The Wonder Girls, a Korean girl group, will be joining the Jonas Brothers in various North American tour dates. Although, on July 1, it was announced that the Jonas Brothers and their management asked the Wonder Girls to open for their entire tour.
Also new pop singer Jessie James was added as a guest on tour. She served as a host for the concerts in June introducing each act and performing her single Wanted. She will open all shows in June, 2009. She however did not perform at the Portland, Oregon concert.
Jordin Sparks did not appear at the San Antonio, Houston, or Nashville shows because of throat problems, which couldn't let her sing.
The Concert in Switzerland was cancelled because Nick couldn't sing because he was ill with an upper respiratory infection of the nose and throat. As of November 8, Nick said that it's going better with him.

Jonas Brothers World Tour 2010?
While announcing "Nick Jonas and the Administration" the brothers announced they are going to go on a world tour next summer. There is no name announced so far. Most likely Asian and Australian dates will be added for the tour since they weren't on the previous one, disappointing many fans. Nick Jonas and the Administration toured in early 2010. Nick Jonas has talked about it on several occasions and has posted on Twitter about it.
